Video surveillance policy
Establishment: Le Moulin Doré
Compliance: Privacy Act (5741-1981)
This policy defines the rules for using the video surveillance system within Le Moulin Doré establishments.
Article 1: Purpose of the system
The system is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Preventing and detecting theft, vandalism and break-ins.
- Ensure the physical safety of employees and customers.
- Monitor checkout areas to prevent transaction errors or fraud.
Article 2: Monitored Areas and Privacy
- Areas filmed: Entry/exit points, sales area, checkout counters and storage areas.
- Restricted areas: No cameras are installed in areas where privacy is expected (toilets, staff changing rooms or private rest areas).
- Audio: In accordance with Israeli law (Telephone Tapping Law), the system does not record any sound. Only the image is captured.
Article 3: Public Information
Clear and visible signs are installed at the entrance of each store, indicating that the premises are under video surveillance, in accordance with the guidelines of the Privacy Protection Authority (PPA).
Article 4: Access and Conservation
- Storage: Images are stored for a maximum of 30 days, except in the case of a specific incident requiring investigation. After this period, they are automatically overwritten.
- Access: Access is strictly limited to management. Images are only transmitted to the authorities (Israeli Police) upon official and legal request.
Article 5: Rights of individuals
