At Le Moulin Doré, we place paramount importance on the freshness of our products and your satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, our policy is governed by Israeli regulations concerning fresh produce.

Article 1: Fresh and perishable products

In accordance with Israeli consumer protection law, perishable food products (bread, pastries, cakes, sandwiches, salad) are not eligible for return, exchange or refund once the sale is finalized and the products have left our establishment.

Article 2: Quality problems or order errors

If you notice a problem with freshness, a manufacturing defect, or an error in the preparation of your order:

  • Claim period: You must contact us within 2 hours of purchase or receipt of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase: The till receipt or digital confirmation is required.
  • Procedure: Please send us a photo of the product by email to moulindore44@gmail.com. After verification, we will either replace the product or issue a credit note for your next visit.

Article 3: Cancellation of special orders (Catering & Cakes)

For custom orders or large quantity orders:

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before the due date: A refund may be granted, less credit card processing fees (5% of the amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, in accordance with Israeli law).
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the deadline: No refund or credit will be given, as production has already been specifically committed for you.

Article 4: Refunds

In exceptional cases where a refund is approved:

  • It will be made via the original payment method.
  • The average time for the funds to appear in your account is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the processing times of your bank in Israel.
